Why We Love Brush Creek Ranch
From a planning perspective, Brush Creek Ranch is one of our favorite venues of all time. We love working here for so many reasons, but the variety of ceremony and reception spaces is one of the best parts of this place.
It makes it easy to design a wedding that feels completely aligned with your vision, whether that’s refined and elegant, relaxed and rustic, or something in between. Plus, the flexibility here allows each event over the course of the weekend to feel distinct, so you can enjoy a welcome party that stands out as much as the farewell brunch.
The ranch also offers an incredibly immersive experience. Once you arrive, it’s easy to lose track of time and fall into ranch life. With wide-open spaces, curated activities, and everything your guests need onsite, Brush Creek Ranch feels like a true retreat instead of just another venue.
And then there’s the culinary program, which is genuinely exceptional. From farm-sourced ingredients to beautifully executed meals, the dining experience consistently exceeds expectations and we often hear it’s a highlight of the weekend for couples and their guests.
Last but certainly not least, we can’t ignore those views! The sweeping Wyoming scenery, mountain backdrops, and open skies create a setting that will take your breath away. It’s so easy to feel at peace while at Brush Creek Ranch.

How to Get to Brush Creek Ranch
Part of what makes a Brush Creek Ranch wedding so special is its location! Tucked into Wyoming’s Platte River Valley and surrounded by the Medicine Bow National Forest, it feels wonderfully secluded once you arrive though getting there is much more straightforward than many couples expect!
For guests flying in, Brush Creek Ranch is most easily accessed by private air into Saratoga Jet Center, which is just a short drive from the ranch gates. This is a popular option for couples and guests traveling from out of state who want the most direct arrival experience.
For commercial flights, guests typically fly into Laramie Regional Airport, located about one hour from the ranch via scenic drives along I-80 and WY Highway 130. Another common option is Denver International Airport, which is approximately a three-and-a-half-hour drive and often offers the most flexibility for flight schedules.
From a planning standpoint, we recommend sharing detailed travel instructions with guests early and allowing time for guests to settle in once they arrive. The journey is part of the experience here, and the payoff is well worth it once you see the views!
