We being working with you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. Starting with our initial 2 hour meeting, we will go over every detail you have already put in place, confirming all your Information; from vendor contracts to decor items.
Once we confirm all your details, we create your overall timeline. Starting from when your hairstylist arrives to when you leave in your grand exit, we cover everything so no detail is overlooked. We use this timeline as the framework for your wedding day to make sure everything happens in a timely matter and no special detail is missed.
From supervision of set up through tear down, Aspen & Ivy is onside for your wedding. We will confirm with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your wedding, distribute final payments to vendors and direct load in and load out, distribute the detailed timeline to the vendors, create processional outline and orchestrate the ceremony rehearsal. With us overseeing your wedding day, you are able to spend the time enjoying time with friends and family instead of managing logistics and stressing about details.
