What’s the best part about getting married at The 10th?
The stunning mountain-top views and the unforgettable gondola experience for guests! When booking the 10th, you and your guests have exclusive access to breathtaking views of the Gore Range! A view you can’t beat!
Are there any common misconceptions about the venue that you want to clear up?
The venue is only accessible via Gondola for your guests, guests are not able to drive to the venue. We are able to slow the gondola down or even stop it, for any guests that may need extra time loading and unloading. The venue is part of The Lodge at Vail, located in Vail Village at the base of Vail Mountain’s Gondola One.
What are some of your favorite wedding trends that you’re seeing?
- Interactive escort charts! Champagne walls, margarita walls and more make for such a fun & interactive welcome from guests– and a creative way to kick off the party!
- Reinventing the traditional “cake cutting” to be specific to the couple’s favorite things like slicing a pizza or cutting a cheese wheel!
- Vibrant wildflowers incorporated in the décor!
Any other tips/tricks you’d like to share with engaged couples?
Make the day all about you and celebrate your love! Pick your favorite cocktails or ones that have a fun memory tied to them (ie what you both ordered on your first date) for your specialty cocktails, and highlight your favorite foods and desserts that you love to share with your loved ones!
